This is the gift I brought to the cookie party for the gift exchange. Every year around Christmas time I get an awesome present from Maker's Mark. This year it was wrapping paper, ribbon, and tags. Sweet, right? So I bought a mini bottle of the whisky from the liquor store to tie onto the package. Inside the package was a snowman hand towel and lotion/shower gel set in some seasonal scent. The gift went over pretty well, which is good. I'm surprised, given how boozy our group is, that it didn't get picked as one of the first gifts, though. No matter. It was still cool.

I just registered on their website as an ambassador! I lied a bit and said I drink Maker's Mark ALLLLLL the time but that's okay. (I do like it and like it better than Jack Daniel's.) They send me a bit of spammy type of mail but it's totally worth it IMO.

I much prefer Maker's Mark as well. It's even smooth enough to just drink on the rocks instead of having all that sugary soda with it. The only soda I like is club soda, so I try to avoid ever having to drink it.

I love that package. I would have chosen it straight away, I think. I would have been SO CURIOUS what was inside since there was booze on the outside:)

Hahaha! Fortunately for my homeowner's liability section the person who got the gift was the hostess. ;-)
