Sorry, I missed this earlier. So, they were these two triangles of ahi. I seasoned them with Ortega's Mexican Seasoning (but you can improvise with chili powder, a little cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, etc.). I put a tablespoon or so of oil in a grill pan and grilled them for about 5 minutes/side. Since it wasn't "good" ahi - it was frozen and I got it from the Grocery Outlet - I wanted to make sure it was cooked all the way through. I've also done it in just a sauté pan. You can also do it outside on the grill if you wanted to.
