Hey, we're doing the same thing! I have eleven back and forth emails currently in my inbox. I filed a complaint with the BBB, too, since that's how I roll. I also collected screenshots and asked them to point out on the specific shots WHERE it stated what they were saying and they didn't. They sent me another canned response.
