vespachicaThose ribs I bought from the Grocery Outlet yesterday for $20? There are three racks. Holy crap; we're going to be swimming in ribs tonight! It looks like some odd cut. Not exactly baby back but not exactly loin. Oh! They're untrimmed spare ribs:
They look exactly like that. No matter. They're all rubbed up and in a low oven for 3 1/2-4 hours.
ETA: When I told my dad what was in the package and reminded how much they were he said, "I don't want to hear it!" LOL!
