Tonight's Dinner

Pasta with Safeway's vodka sauce (vodka is a theme tonight) and broccoli.

This is yummy. It's also the second meatless dish we've had this week. The vodka sauce is much better without meat than it is with meat.

Yum! I LOVE vodka sauce, and have even made it from scratch. I try to sneak in a few meatless meals a month. B is of the old fashioned opinion that it isn't a meal without meat. Me? I prefer meatless.

Yeah, my B is also a meat craver. ;) I like to sneak in meatless meals. I wouldn't go so far as to say I prefer them but I do find them a nice change of pace.
