Another Project
Nov. 7th, 2008 06:46 pmRecently I bought a book called 1,000 Recordings to Hear Before You Die. I am trying to get them from the library versus buying them but it looks like I may have to buy some of them.
The first one that came from the library was Abyssinian Baptist Gospel Choir with a CD called Shakin' the Rafters. I imported into my iTunes so I can move it to my iPod when I listen to it. I feel like listening through my iPod gives me the best quality possible. I want to make notes about the music throughout this project.
Since I left college I have really gotten away from critically listening to music of different types. I bought the book so it would urge me to get back into doing this exercise.
